How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account will be reverted to the free tier. Premium features including archive access, cloud saves, replay functionality, and theme submissions will be disabled. Your game progress and collection data will not be deleted.

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
