1. The Service
Skill Check is a free-to-play daily trivia card game. We offer optional premium features through a one-time purchase. The game is provided as-is and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
2. Accounts
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove or change inappropriate display names.
3. Premium Features
Premium access is a one-time purchase processed through Lemon Squeezy. Premium features include access to the daily archive, cloud saves, theme submissions, and replay functionality. Premium status is tied to your account and can be restored on any device by logging in.
4. Leaderboards & Fair Play
Scores are posted to public leaderboards. We reserve the right to remove scores or ban accounts that we determine are using exploits, automation, or any form of cheating. Play fair — it's more fun that way.
5. User Submissions
When you submit theme ideas or feedback, you grant us permission to use, modify, and incorporate those ideas into the game without obligation or compensation. If your theme is selected for a daily challenge, your display name may be credited publicly.
6. Intellectual Property
Skill Check, its code, design, and original content are the property of Ki10 Games. Trivia content references third-party gaming franchises for educational and entertainment purposes under fair use principles. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skill Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, progress, or scores due to technical issues, service interruptions, or account problems. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium access.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
